I'm picking up a used Brinkmann Pitmaster later today.

The plan is to use this as a charcoal grill. It will get mounted on the trailer with the big smoker.

Here is the picture from the craigslist post.

I will add more pictures after I get it, and get it on the trailer.

I got the pit cleaned up this weekend and re-seasoned it.

Going to be grilling in it tonight or tomorrow.

I really like the setup. Especially how the pitmaster slides out.

Something must be working right...he whooped me in pork earlier this year.

(Say Chuck, are you competing in The Crossings Contest in Mt. Vernon next month? Is that target getting heavy yet?) Twisted Evil

Chubby and crew will probably be there too...we'll protect you. Heck, it's only $25 to enter...cheap price for practice and territorial bragging rights.

I do want to find out how they plan on judging / scoring the contest...want to make sure it's all on the up and up...no favoritisim for the home team.

Nice looking pit pictures. I have two of those cookers you added on. That is what I do all my cooking on for now. They can turn out some great Q once you get used to them.

I mainly use it for chicken and grilling. It works good for that.

What is the Zend Optimizer?

The Zend Optimizer is one of the most popular PHP plugins for performance-improvement, and has been available without charge, since the early days of PHP 4. It improves performance by scanning PHP's intermediate code and passing it through multiple Optimization Passes to replace inefficient code patterns with more efficient code blocks. The replaced code blocks perform exactly the same operations as the original code, only faster.

In addition to improving performance, the Zend Optimizer also enables PHP to transparently load files encoded by the Zend Guard.

The Zend Optimizer is a free product available for download from Zend Technologies. Zend Technologies also developed the PHP scripting engine, known as the Zend Engine.
