That got him.
He turned, understanding flashing across his face - as a different more high pitch zeal rended into the air and between then something started to solidify.
"EX - TERM - INATE!"
It was a Dalek! |

Just as his last incarnation caught on, the Doctor saw what he could only describe his worst nightmare, besides Jackie in a bad mood.
A Dalek had materialised between the two Doctors.
The Doctor's new incarnation found that he was a fast thinker. He ran towards himself, in the hope to confuse the Dalek. He was running straight ahead, paying no attention to the area around him. Therefore it was a bit of a shock when he tripped up pulling Harriet Jones with him. |

"What?" Said the Ninth Doctor, not recognising her as he hadnt met her yet
"EX- TERM -INATE!" Said the Dalek.
"Oh bloody hell!" Said the Ninth Doctor, and activated his sonic screwdriver.
"It's not powerful enough! Wheres yours?!" He demanded of his older self.

The Doctor knew it was stupid arguing with himself, but really, him and bad hair day did not belong in the same sentance! "And as for that woman, do we really have to get her back? Why don't we talk for a bit and see if we can figure this out?"
Yeah, he thought Before Rose sees you and has a panic attack! Or decides she wants to be with you! |

Look, there's one Doctor here," he said pointing to himself, "And another there!" he said pointing to his other self, whilst talking in a mothering vioce. "So what if it was a Dalek, I want to know what I'm doing talking to a younger version of myself without ripping a massive whole through the dimensions of time!" He took a deep breath, before staring again. "And I DO NOT look like a Teacher! I'll have you know that these clothes are considered smart!" he said, haughtily. |

Rose frowned as the Doctor ran off so suddenly, gasping as her mother was accidently knocked as he ran off. She stooped to steady her mother before frowning. "What the hell?" she stuttered. Making sure her mum was alright, she jogged off and made her way down the stairs. She was now beggining to hear voices, she froze.
She made her way out of the building slowly, surely she was imagining things. She caught sight of him and gasped. It was her old Doctor, standing there, right next to the new one. She looked at both of them in pure shock. "Doctor?" she managed to squeak in utter confusion. |

Her eyes went from one Doctor to the other. Was this for real? Something inside her suddenly snapped, she stood, motionless save her eyes that could stop looking at him. He was standing there, right in front of her, it was him and she was sure of it, same face, same eyes and clothes, the same lips she had once kissed goodbye.
She could feel tears welling in her eyes, but Rise refused to let them fall. The female bit her bottom lips and started laughing almost insanely. "Alright, alright! April Fool, eh? You got me! You..." the smile fell from her face and she hushed again. This was serious, no joke here. "W-what's going on?" she asked timidly. |

| She gasped and stared at him wide-eyed. Blondie?!? This was all wrong; since when had the Doctor called her that? She felt more hurt than angry, but pressed on. She walked the closer to the two Doctors, her mind still reeling. Looking between the pair, she looked to the ninth Doctor, frowning and shook her head. "Blondie?" she said to him bitterly. |
