Greetings,
Well, OK, my name, is Pascal. I am 14 years aged and hail, originally, from Haiti, but currently reside in Miami, FL. I only just moved down to Florida after three years spent on Long Island in New York. I am of a dark-skinned ethnicity and openly proud of my Haitian heritage. I speak English(fluently), French(a bit of deduction, from what I know of Creole), and occasionally, pick up some Spanish through hear-say.
Right now, I'm not exactly sure what will come of my life but I'm working with computers, so far. If I don't become a Software Programmer, I'll go either into Psychology or Accounting(I know Accounting is not the most lively career choice but I'm good with numbers, so if I don't make it in the careers that I *like* I'll go into what I'm good at and can profit from).
I'm usually a pretty nice guy, charitable, when I can afford it. I like to help my friends when they don't understand stuff. My father is in Haiti and my mother is going back to school. My older sister is studying at FIU, and both of my two other siblings, both boys and both older, are working. My niece (the daughter of my oldest sibling and brother) was just born about a month, or two, ago and although I was really excited to learn that I was an uncle, I have yet to see her for myself (not sure, exactly, why I was excited; I guess it's just because I like babies and toddlers--on the other hand, spoiled children can be ANNOYING, especially my cousins!).
I love to read and, hope, some day to publish my own stories. My tastes vary but I'll usually go for anything science-fiction/fantasy. Reading stuff like Harry Potter, Bartimaeus, and Eragon; watching tv shows like Charmed, X-Men, Spiderman, Power Rangers, and Buffy; and a constant need to escape the real world and all the stress I was experienced when I first started out, are what got me into roleplaying. Lately, ever since a recent spiritual revival of my faith/religion, though, I have sort of fallen off the roleplaying train, but I hope to get back on, some day soon.
As far as music goes, I like just about everything, except for demeaning rap (people say I am weird because I am a black, 6-foot giant, in America, who doesn't like rap music, but I say I am different and can make my own choices...). I’ve been getting into Konpa (Haitian music) and Reggaeton, though.
My favorite colors are silver, midnight blue, jet black, and scarlet/blood-red. I tune in on the tube for: Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Seinfeld(very recently--I used to think it was a stupid, pointless show but I love how that is their comedy!), Related(brand new show on the WB that I fell head over heels for), and a few other shows on UPN and The WB...
