| As soon as they made it to base camp, Adam flopped down onto a handy bunk. In a minute he would have to either go get firewood himself, or get someone else to if they wanted to be warm tonite. After five minutes or so, he opted for the former and went out yelling to the others as he did so that he would be back shortly. |

After a minute or two the aspirin worked it's wonders on her head. Finally she noticed that several of her fellow campers were clustered around someone. And that someone was getting pretty tense.
Emma winced as she got to her feet, leaving the heavy backpack where it had half-fallen. She walked over to the little group, trying to keep silent. The newcomer looked familiar, like dejavu walking. |

| Adam had returned, but opted to stay out of the conversation for now at least. He was supposed to be on vacation like the rest of them which meant that he didnt necessarily have to jump in and make command decisions. Besides, this was supposedly an acquaintance of Emma's and he was curious as to find out what he had to say. |

Adam couldnt help but chuckle at the comment made by Lexa, subsiding rapidly when both she and Brennan gave him a look not nearly annoyed as they should have.
