| Not always true but in a way it is. I still think it was jealousy not because of insecurity. Lexa teased him, dont most females tease guys? Lol I do and I'm sure I'm not the only one. They tease people they love or care about very deeply. I think Lexa and Jesse have more chemistry than him and Emma. Jesse and Lexa balanced each other out. She has a dark past, he doesnt, shes not trusting, he is, he keeps ppl close she doesnt, those that balance one another out are the most compatible. |

| Yeah, maybe they do have more chemistry. I didn't plan on refuting that. I just wanted to point out that Emma and Jesse did have chemistry too, because someone pointed out that they don't. Lol, don't you guys know how hard this is for me? Lol, to defend a ship I don't personally root for? But I'm just trying to be critical, hahaha. Critical without being biased, just because I like a ship more than another. |

Dang you're a ship? Whoa!! J/K  I do think Emma and Jesse had chemistry, even Emma and Brennan did when they met. Wether that was more a bf gf relationship that depends how you wanna see it. I always saw it more as best friends *shrugs* I'm not a E/B shipper but I can see almost all pairings as being okay, some more than others. |

here i go again, reviving an old topic!
first off i will admit that i'm a major j/l shipper, you only have to look at my work to see that.
now i will make a confession.....
j/e is also an interesting pairing. there was a more innocent love. anyone who knows my work knows that when it comes to j/l i can get pretty dirty in the sex scenes, but with j/e it would have all been very sweet and endearing, not all my naught sex scenes that i love so very much to write.
i think that my ex-editor put it best when she and i were discussing a story she was working on. Jesse took it slow with emma and lost her, so with lexa he's not going to let that happen again.
personally i would ahve been happy to see either of them with him, i mean it would nevr be as good as me with him, but it would have been good.
emma had the ability to understand him, she could see into his soul and really know him that way. it would have been a deep love based on a deep close bond.
lexa has the ability to compliment and contrast him. she fills in the spots where he is weak and he fills in where she is weak. they made each other whole,
so there! that is what i have to say! lol
