Previously on Mutant X:
Shalimar: what're we going to do now?
Lexa: We have to find Adam. Jesse's the only one here without a death sentance over his head.
Shalimar: But sanctuary is gone, the Helix is blown up and Adam....
Brennan: its not over yet.
Jesse: yeah but if we dont get outta here, it will be.
The team exit into the night.

The Dominion Leader surveyed the burning wreckage calmly, without emotion. The Creator and Kane had long since departed in a chopper bound for a undisclosed location.
As he stared, the last remaining supports gave way with a crash, sending smoke and clouds of embers up into the night sky.
"Never you mind." He said, quietly and through clenched teeth
"You'll keep."

The team paused for breath, the smoke from the burning Dominion buildings still burning in their lungs. None of them spoke, nobody knew what to say, what they could do - or where to go.
Which was when Lexa's cell phone rang. |

Lexa coughed, the bitter and disgusting taste of ash in her mouth.
Who the hell would be calling her at this time? And not very good timing it was either.
"What?" She asked in an annoyed tone. She had no idea who it was and well quite frankly didnt care much at the moment. This was a very bad day to say the least. |

Lexa didnt even get to open her mouth before they hung up. "Worse than Adam on the crypticness," she muttered.
"Come on we have to get out of the streets before we're dead. Please dont ask just do it!" She tried to sound as nice as possible...if that was possible.
The Dominion Leader got into the Hummer with the military personel heading to the location that will not be said to keep its secrecy. All was going quite well with all things considered. |

Lexa wanted to know who the hell it was that was sending her stuff and how they got her number in the first place. It wasnt like she gave it out freely.
She followed the coordinates, wondering where it was leading her because she had no idea where she was going. Nothing here was very familiar to her. |
