Dates need not be specified. If episode related then it would be helpful to include at top right hand corner in bold.
Dear Journal is acceptable Dear Jonesy is not. Similarly Dear Diary is fine also.

If someone else has written an entry on the episode you are writing please add in Addendum or Continued from previous entry as this will make things a little more coordinated.
No sexual fantasys, or explicit ideas please - crushes and love is fine but keep it in context.
