Last week a member of my husband, Randy's family died. Contrary to the way I acted, I was actually close to him. He was Randy's stepfather's father. I know, most others aren't close to their stepfamily. Well Randy was. Him and I both spent quite a bit of time with Al. He was a terrific guy and I will miss him dearly. I am still coming to terms with his death, as is the rest of the family.
I wasn't able to attend his funeral, so this is my way of saying goodbye. |

Hey sis this may help or not get a white candle and light it thinking of Al.
think of all you want to say and let it burn make sure you take out the flame when you go to bed of course but
the white candle is used cause it signifies christ light and protection and is used to help those who pass in the transition
yep i am new age it will also help everyone |

my step dad died in may of 1999 and i didn't get time for goodbyes and closure i was pregnant with James (Jamie) and don't be surprised if in your dreams he is in them it is like a way to say goodbye
that is usually how those that pass on to the next communicate they are called dream visits. |

| I thought about that already and am prepared if he does, in fact, make a guest appearance in my dreams. Maybe it'll help me deal better with this tragedy. |

i would also say keep a dream journal
if you like i could help with meditation ideas to help i would say use candle light and look in the flame..that helps relax your mind but don't be surprise if you see things like using a gazing ball.
i am big on meditation cause it helps everything and it will also help in sensing Al and open up to the dream visits

| In my private section on DH, I've opened a journal, so I can sort a lot of this out. I think it'll help if I do. I will keep in mind what you have said too. |
