Lexa grabbed some coffee and some pancakes. She was half done when the fire alarm went off. "What did Jesse do this time?" Lexa rolled her eyes. Getting up she saw that the couch was on fire. "What the-?"
"Yeah sure whatever!" Kiandra said with sarcasm. "You just dawdle around at the diner, eating as slow as possible!!" Kiandra had her "eyes" and not the ones attatched to her skull. "We still have yet to find out. Dominique has been waiting for you. As usual." |

Emma followed Shalimar and Lexa, freezing for a moment as Shalimar's fear blasted past her sheilding. "Adam!" She struggled to raise her sheilds, looking for fire extinguisher or something to beat out the fire with.
She stopped when she didn't see Jesse, and couldn't sense him either. "Guys, where's Jesse?" |

| The fire was spreading and quickly. Soon it caught the rug on fire. It crept towards everyone. Lexa didnt step back, as if frozen to the spot. Suddenly something pulled at her, a silver and white shield formed around the fire that was rising and spreading wildly. Now it was contained, by Lexa who somehow was generating a powerful forcefield. Soon it died, lacking the oxygen to continue its rampage of devouring couches and wood and carpet. When it died Lexa crumpled to the floor, panting and shaking but concious. |

| Shalimar watched as the flames got lower and lower. Slowly she shook herself back to her senses. "How did you do that?" She ran to Jesses's side "Jesse! Wak up! Can you hear me" She shook Jesse trying to wake him. |

Adam had activated anti fire system which helped prevent any electrical problems, and was beside Jesse in an instant.

Kaylee groaned as the cabin pressure changed and woke her up early. She was flying back from a music conference and really missed the antics her sister Lexa and friends. She looked forward to catching up with them. It had been a long week.
As soon as the plane landed, she was on the phone to Lexa, letting her know she was back in town. She waited for Lexa to answer. |
