Approx. 24 years of age, a semi genius in his own right - and a medical doctor with additional interests, Michael has been moving from home to home since he was 12 years old.
Eventually he settled with the Hoopers and has been with them throughout the years of his medical tutelege and induction.
When his family were taken for being 'different', Michael vowed to find a way to stop anyone else getting hurt, and finds a clue in a letter which he hadnt noticed before. A letter from his father....?

It doesnt explain much, not nearly as much as he might have liked, but it does tell him what he needs very much to hear.

Powers: His brain, his medical skills, and leadership qualities
Description: Dark neck length hair, pulled back, high tech specs and brown almond eyes (like his father)

New Mutant abilities: Each is a telepath and they can read and alter people thoughts. They have a very strong connection o each other and they can merge their minds together amplifying their telepathy. When their minds are merged they all speak at once, and they can sometimes ‘borrow’ each others individual power. When they communicate to each other telepathically and when their minds are merged their eyes glow white. Cleopatra posses the power of molecular acceleration, basically blowing things up. Cassarah is a precog telempath with the power of premonition and Cara can teleport herself and others from place to place.

Behavior: Even though they share so many things in common they have very different personalities. They know they are powerful and beautiful and that gives them a sometimes smug smug attitude. That and their partying attitude have gotten them into more than their share of trouble.

Background: Born as triplets Cleo, Cass and Cara have always known they can do strange things with their mind. While growing up they didn’t have many friends in the true meaning of the word, mostly due to their weird glowing eyes. But they were however very popular in school. And why wouldn’t they be? With charming looks, and personalities to match, they were favourites among students and teachers. Until one day when men dressed in black suits came looking for them. They ran but they got caught by Genomex goons. At Genomex they were put in statsis, but not for long. When Gabriel Ashloke freed all the mutants they ran again and started making a living for themselves.

Type of mutant: Sionic [Teleknetic] Elemental [Electricity]

Powers: She is a telekinetic, but that power seemed to advance into a powerful telekinetic. When she uses this ability her eyes and the object glows blue when she uses that object. As Emma is able to implicate emotions and feelings, Elektra can implicate objects that do not exists. The objects are blue and look transparent, but have the same impact as a real object. With this ability she can break objects like weapons and rocks in half. With this power she can take anything from the ground and use it.

Past: Elektra is a run away from her parents that do not seem to accept her and her abilities. She has never used her powers for evil, but only in difficult situations. [More of her past to come]

P.S Elektra is good.

Elektra has brown hair and blonde underneath with dark brown eyes. Is into all the latest fashions

History: When Leanne was 12 she started to realize that she could read people's minds and emotions and could also scream very loudly deafening people. Her parents sent her away to a place that could help her but she wouldn't allow the help. Now she has found Michael Kane and his team and is living with them.

New Mutant abilities: She can absorb energy and she can manipulate it. She can transform energy into objects like daggers, and just about anything she wants. She can not transform energy into mechanical working objects; she can only make an impression of their exterior look. The objects dissipate if she looses concentration or she makes them disappear. She can also create a shield which can protect her and others. She can align energy as to pass herself as someone else, but it is very tiring for her, and rarely uses it. A more often used power of the same manner is changing her colour to crazy coulours like violet pink, blue, etc, sometimes according to her mood. She can absorb all kinds of energy, including energy from otherb new mutants (electric elementals, chromatic, psionic etc). This gives her a certain imunity against telekinetic manipulation. She can't absorb too much energy though (ex: two electric blasts max).

Background:An unknown incident separated her from her family and she has been running from the police, avoiding mutant camps. She has been on her own for a number of years, but not much is known about what she did until Michael Kane found her. Since hen she has been living with him and the rest of the team.

History: Telsia has been in the military since she graduated from high school at seventeen. She was ahead of her class and got an education in her military. She is a scout and a sniper and quite good at it. Her powers give her that edge but only uses it in needed situations, careful not to let be seen by others. The way things are going with mutants these days, she wouldnt be discharged she'd be shot.

Telsia has always been cautious and very shy around people. She's fine on her own, having been much of her life. She makes friends easily since she is naturally a sweet woman but she knows she is very different, making her feel alienated by the people around her. Telsia may seem like she trusts you but she really doesnt. Even her parents alienated her so she isnt an easy person to get to trust. She is however reliable and will help when asked if she thinks it's right. Telsia is more an observer than a talker but can and will voice opinions.

She learned how to fight and how to handle the guns and knifes while she was a little girl. Her parents learned her how to use her abilities at maximum capacyty. At 18 years old she was perfect, so Eckhart wanted her in his team. The only problem with her was that she had no sentiments. She learned to controle herself so good that she was controling her feelings and sentiments too. She felt love or any other feeling only if she wanted to. She worked for the GSA one year, untill she found out about Gabriel Ashlocke. After that she left the GSA and joined The Strand. Now she is an important part of the group and she has big plans.

History: When Daniel was 12, he realized he was able to mass his body out and create earthquakes. But when he combines both powers, he's pretty strong. Daniel also has a pretty well known friendship with Emma DeLauro. When he was three, that was when he met Emma and her parents. His parents were good friends with the DeLauro's but never got to meet Emma until the age of three. When they were in grade school, they were still the best of friends helping each other with their 'powers', only until something tragic happened to Daniel in highschool, he was in a car accident, but suffered amnesia from the crash, sadly, his mother and father died on impact. Now these days he's still looking for a way to figure out who caused the accident, in hopes he would find Emma for her help, knowing she was a telempath.

She enjoys being outside and running around. Being at the school the Professor made is the best thing that has happened to her as far as she is concerned.

Note: I know there is a real Marvel character named Wolfsbane but I wanted to put her this way.

History: Rogue's real name and the identities of her parents still remain unknown. She grew up in Caldecott County, Mississippi near the banks of the Mississippi River. Early in her teens Rogue discovered her mutant powers when she kissed a boy named Cody Robbins. He fell unconscious and her mind was suddenly filled with his memories. She soon learned that she had the power to absorb the memories and abilities of other people by touching them, but she could not control this power.
The distraught Rogue found refuge with the mutant Mystique, who was like a second mother to her. When Rogue grew older she joined Mystique's terrorist organization, the third Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. In battle with Carol Danvers, the original Ms. Marvel, Rogue absorbed her memories and superhuman powers. But, for unknown reasons, Rogue unintentionally absorbed them permanently rather than, as usual, temporarily. Thus Rogue gained Ms. Marvel's superhuman strength and ability to fly. She also now possessed a buried alternate personality that duplicated Danvers and that, in future years, would sometimes supplant her own.
As a member of Mystique's Brotherhood, Rogue battled the X-Men, the Avengers, the original Spider-Woman, the Dazzler, and Rom. But Rogue grew increasingly upset over her inability to control her absorption power and her fears that Danvers' psyche would overwhelm her own. Unable to find help from the Brotherhood, Rogue turned to her enemies, the X-Men, instead. Convinced of her sincerity, Professor Xavier admitted her to the team, and she quickly proved herself a loyal member.
