New RPG
Plotline: Just what was it like when it was just Shalimar Fox and Adam Kane? What trouble could they have possibly gotten up to? Sigh... better rephrased what trouble could they NOT get up to...

Adam Kane looked at the profile he held in the palm of his hand, and then again at the recent photos taken at the facility.
They couldnt be the same girl surely?
One showed a girl vibrant, alive and laughing. The other.... it was the total opposite.
"Well, Shalimar Fox. I think it's time to get acquainted." He mused, reaching for his coat. |

| The torrential rain slowed to a small drizzle. Mist hung low over the city, making the atmosphere thick. Hurried footsteps broke the deafening silence. She was running from them again. Running from the life she didn't want to go back to. More feral than human she outran her pursuers easily, but they wouldn't give up easily. |

As he drove he listened in on the reports coming from the agents pursuing the young woman.
At the last message, they had her cornered in some alley way, he knew better. Sure enough, another call in followed the first, reporting heavy casulties, and that they had lost her. That and one of the agents had been robbed who had been attacked.
Adam took the details, then waited.
If she had robbed the man, it would be to use his money for shelter or for food. When she did that... he could track her. Besides he didnt fancy following the agent, Roberts, to the hospital.
"Bloody fools." He whispered. |

| She had betaten the agents bloody. Her mind was as foggy as the atmosphere. Her human sidde tugget at her feral side saying she needed to hide untill they gave up searching. She prowled the roofs of the buildings, jumping across, hiding in the shadows and sniffing her way to a beaten-down dirty hotel. |

He took several deep breaths.The girl might not know what she was, but that didnt mean she couldnt still do what instinct instructed her to do.
So instead of sneaking up, he made as much noise as possible, before knocking on the door - all the while thinking what a horrible dive of a place this was.
"Ms Fox? Shalimar? I need to talk to you, nothing more... I brought food." He called through the door. |

Had he gotten the right door?
He inched away and around the corner, knowing damn well she would still know he was there. He just wanted to show her some space, some respect.
Something very lacking off the last few months, if the record and rumors of the Institude were to be believed. |

"Shalimar RUN!" He cried as he spotted the first pursuer enter the corridor.
He met him head on, using all his martial art skill to kick the guy down without actually killing him. |
