Hmm, I do like the idea of bodice-ripping among mutants, however. Bodices are more flattering on women than having their guts hang out.

So true. I have the habit to talk to the characters while they're on tv. It's weird, I know. But, I've been mostly talking to Shalimar. "You need a coat!"
Anyway... I know she's a Mutant and that's she's one of the main characters, but one does not survive a fall out of a plane (or what it was) and not even when you're almost kebab because you've fallen on a tree branch.
If I'd write a Mutant X episode, I would have done that differently. |

She should have grabbed a parachute, or have had built-in webbing so she could glide to the ground. All we really are bags of water with connective tissue holding things together.
Anything living dropped from that height is going to have more damage (they're going to go SPLAT) than minor injuries. |
