| Emma shook her head and watched as Brennan and Storm leave. She started to look for Adam when she saw Rogue walking towards the sleeping quarters. Something about the girl was off, but the psionic couldn't quite figure it out. |

| Emma Frost roiunded the corner and almost ran into Emma. She acted surprised to see her there "So, you're the new psionic" it was more like a statement than a question. |

"Uh, yeah," she answered, looking behind to see Rogue enter her bedroom. She returned her eyes to the woman and smiled faintly. "I'm Emma." |

"They seem to stay away from this place. I guess they ear what we can do together. Ocasionaly we get small groups of protesters outside the gate but we ignore them. " Storm answered as she led the way to Xavier's office "The Professor wants to show the world we are normal, and that we are not dangerous. Hiding would not help our cause"
Emma scanned her new friend's mind. She had put up a strong wall but the White Queen could realise potential when she saw it. She gave her best honest smile. "You are strong. Stronger than you think. You could do a lot with proper training" |

"Doubt they'll see that with what we can do. Even if the world accepted us there are always those few that will never. The world sucks," he whispered the last part more to himself than anything. |
