My uncle died of a heart attack yesterday while he was taking a bath. No one knew until it was too late. Death can be so unnerving.

Death in the Bathroom

He wasn’t the typical forty-year old male. Spent nine years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit, divorced by his wife, with three kids he barely knew. Or maybe he was just the typical middle-aged man; he just didn’t want to admit it.

He was supposed to start a new job today. Plans to save enough money so he could go back to his wife and show her that he is capable of earning a living for their family. He was always lonely inside, though one would never notice because he always has this cheery aura around him.

They found him on the bathroom floor, sprawled on his back, naked.

He was supposed to start with his first day of work. He never showed up.

There’s no pulse, no sign of life.

He died, just like that.

Some say it’s a heart attack, some an internal hemorrhage. No one knew for sure though.

He died, just like that.

R.I.P. Uncle Reggie. We love you and we will miss you.

I'm sorry for your loss, Imzy.

Death isn't particular about who it takes or when it takes them is it. Makes life seem really unfair at times, I know - like someone's doing it on purpose to take a stab at you.

Someone once told me something, that actually didnt make a hell of a lot of sense to me when they told me it, just later - much later, so Im gonna tell you, and let you work out your own meaning later on.

Mourn the passing of loved ones. But don't forget to celebrate their lives.
One is just as important and necessary as the other.
